      I did 2 driving tests with this company. Was told to bring $100 in cash each time for the test. I was not given a receipt, and have just found out that I also apparently owe THE RMV $105 for the tests I did. I was directly told by this business that the only fee for the test was $300 and nothing else. This business lies, deceives, and frankly is rude. They never answer their phone, voicemails, or emails. They are barely open as it is. The 2.0 star review both on *********, ****, and ******* is well deserved for this business. If I do not get my money back or I do not get this situation resolved, I will be filing a criminal complaint with the small claims court.

      ************** was told in his initial class that registry fees are the responsibility of the student. We have never paid the permit fees or license fees that are owed to the registry. That is why each individual has a portal set up with the registry. They enter their name, permit number and date of birth along with their social security number. We are not allowed access to their social security numbers.  He paid the money for the car rental fee. He also cancelled and said he was sick the day of two tests. The registry official was notified. We will not reimburse him as he was aware of fees owed to the registry.

      I called Belmont Driving School to obtain a copy of a certificate of a parent class I took. The fee I paid for the driving school included the parent class. I was told I had to pay an additional $25 for the certificate that I attended the class. It does not say that on their website nor was that mentioned at all when my son took the class.

      It has always been our policy as well as United Driving School and Belmont Driving School to have parents pay a processing fee for parent certificate. The fee has been and is still $25.00

      It doesn't have to be on our website. The registry is aware of this fee that all schools charge. When ******************************* *************** attended class on 12-27-2019 as part of curriculum Module #1 introduction to drivers ED all

      students are made aware of policies and procedures as well as payments owed and registry rules and regulations in regards to parent class, as well as road test fees and license test fees and procedures.

      I am rejecting this response because: please provide the written information that was shared with the students at that time of service. 
      I am not asking about other schools, I am asking about Belmont Driving School. Your website states that the parent class is included in the amount owed and does not state additional fees. As the parent attending the class, this was not shared by the instructor. Why would the instructor not inform the parent during the class that an additional fee would be assessed if a certificate was needed in the future. I am asking for transparency from this business.
