  My wife and I were in desperate need for a new front door to our home. We called Kubala and we're blown away by the service received! There was no pressure from their sales person and the whole process was seamless. Our installer was very professional and made sure our house was clean before they left. We are extremely pleased with our install. Thank you Kubala!

  I recently had seven new windows installed in my three-season porch by Kubala Home Improvement. I was very impressed with the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final installation. The team at Home Improvement was on time, worked quickly, and was very respectful of my property. They also answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work before they left.During the initial consultation, choosing what windows and feature set we wanted was a breeze and did not take very long. At no point did we feel rushed, or upsold to a product that we didnt need. Our representative was polite, respectful, and very helpful with guiding us through what products they offer as well as what to expect during the install process.On our install date, Todd and Brian arrived first thing in the morning ready to get started. After exchanging pleasantries, confirming the work to be done, and showing them the room, I left them to it. They worked quickly and without issue, having the old windows out in a matter of minutes. Their truck is a mobile workshop, so they needed nothing from me and had all of the tools and materials that they needed without having to stop working to go buy more. I mention this because I have had work done with other contractors before and this preparedness uncommon in my experience; it is a major plus and a testament to their expertise and smooths the install process for the home owner. Every member of the Kubala team were respectful of us and our home the entire time; at no point did I hear any foul language, nor did I hear anything inappropriate. No one smoked on our property, and they did not stop working until the job was completed.I am very happy with the service that I received from Kubala Home Improvement and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for window replacements.

  From start to finish, our experience working with Kubala was second to none. John was our sales associate, who explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. The team that measure the windows were efficient and pleasant in explaining the process from measurement to installation. The office side was continually responsive and helpful with anything that came up. And finally, Sergey and his team of installers were prompt, strategic, respectful, courteous, accommodating, and so warm to our whole family, to include our two little kids! The Kubala windows truly bring new light and life into our home. We will recommend Kubala to anyone who asks and use Kubala for all of our future window and door needs!

  From start to finish, our experience with Kubala was excellent! Our main point of contact, John, was professional, sincere and friendly. He explained all of our options in detail to allow us to make the best decision for our home. The installers were amazing - courteous, prompt and skilled. Finally, the actual windows and door are fantastic quality. We are completely satisfied and will hire Kubala for all of our future window and door needs!

  Each member of the Kubala team we worked with or spoke with was incredibly kind and professional. They kept us informed of the process and timing. Even better that the doors came in earlier than expected! So happy to support a local business. We love our new doors and the overall improvement they made to our home.

  I had three outside doors, one screen door and a patio door installed. Kubala installers arrived on time and went right to work. They worked efficiently, cleaned the area when done and showed me how to work some of the new features on my doors. I no longer see any daylight coming through my doors.
