    Brief Timeline 06/25/2024: Nick commented on a post on the app ********** where I was looking to replace my front door 06/25/2024: Nick arrived to my house same day to assess the front door 07/30/2024 Nick stops by to "double check the measurements" and collect payment. We paid Nick $4,103.44 via ***** (told "Door will be in the last week of September or first week of October which is when the work will be completed") No subsequent communication until;10/10/2024: Texted Nick asking for update, door supposedly arrived broken but we were told new one will be in before end of October 11/07/2024: Texted Nick asking for update, no new news 11/21/2024: Asked for refund (1st time) told he will get in touch with company tomorrow 11/30/2024: Asked for refund (2nd time) and sent ***** refund request for money back. Nick stated he left a voicemail for me last Saturday (see phone records, no missed calls from him) He stated door done, will be in Wednesday 12/04/2024: Nick texted stating the door will be "good to go tomorrow morning"12/13/2024: Nick states he has no free days to install the door until "middle of January" I ask him to patch the door and he says "Ill come by one day this week and take a look..." He never comes. 01/02/2024: I ask for a plan for the door, he says he will come by "Monday or Tuesday". I ask when he can realistically install the door and he says he thought we discussed March or April. (see texts for more details)I ask for a refund (3rd time) and he tells me he doesnt have the money, "I need you to work with me here" I ask for a photo of the door, a receipt to prove purchase of the door, he tells me he will find it "tomorrow when I go to the shop" (01/03/2024) however no photo or receipt provided. 01/04/2024: Police report made at ******* **, however they called him and recommend he pay me back, no court case filed yet.

    In late September I lost a storage unit and had several things happen in my personal life that left me with no home, no vehicle and slowing business. I was going my best to try to get the storage unit back to gain access to the door so I could install it for my customer. Unfortunately that didn't happen. She then txtd me asking for return of her money. I asked her several times to sign an *** so that I could ensure that my business would not be hurt because it would result in my inability to pay. She refused. I agreed to a payment plan anyways and she has received all of her payments in accordance with our written agreement.
