    Don’t get the brown hummer…. had 16 to 20 of us dripping sweat on a ride to Boston you could get semi-cool air as you get closer to the driver if you were one of the unlucky ones sitting in the back where one of the windows wouldn’t go down and it was very humid. You would be left a sweat profusely on a hot humid day when we got out of the brown H2 Hummer it was cooler outside and we could all breathe…. And for me specifically, I could put my shirt back on after sweating profusely for 45 minutes to an hour to Boston the way home took us 3 to 4 hours in the pouring rain. See, we were going out to dinner and to an event, and when we exited the limousine in Boston we all look like we have been thrown out into the Florida Everglades….The TV doesn’t work and we also had a bang on the window or scream to the driver for the window to go down between the guests and the driver. We had a kind man who apologized profusely to us due to our first leg of our trip into Boston and said he was sure we get some sort of discount or credit because of the vehicles operations…. Needless to say that was the best part of our trip. It was my birthday. My wife had planned it for three or four months to a company we had used before and were quite satisfied. However, I think this choice of vehicle and specifically this vehicle out of the fleet is older shows it’s wear and tear inside and out and we fell victim to that on a hot humid day as we all sweat profusely 16 to 20 of us, we couldn’t put the all the windows didn’t work, but more importantly was so humid out and we were dressed up for a special event to go out into Boston. We all stepped out of the car that was hot from the time we entered. It was never cool from the time we entered it outside of my house till the time we couldn’t wait to get out of the vehicle in Boston and stepped out and it was cooler outside than it was in the vehicle , the driver apologized profusely and and stated he was sure there would be a credit

    Booked a limo for 8/26. I was quoted a price for a 16 passenger Lincoln Navigator and a Cadillac Escalade showed up. Email confirmation was confusing and listed both vehicles. The escalade had the rear bumper falling off, noticeable dents along the doors and side. Inside, red duct tape was on several of the heat vents, dirty throw carpets covered the advertised "hardwood floors", the interior was extremely dirty (sand/glitter/crumbs all over seats) and was in overall very poor condition. Additionally, the following items did not work but were advertised on the company's website for being included: screens TV/DVD, stereo system, iPod dock was no where to be found, at least half of the fiber optic lights, strobe lights, external strobes, built-in fireplace, and privacy screen. Additionally, none of the power outlets worked. The trip began and a wall screen encasement fell off the wall, exposing ducts and wires. The driver stopped and tried to fix it but kept falling. We, the passengers, duct taped it to the window. A little while later, a second encasement fell and hit a passenger on the head, again duct taped to window but both fell several more times during the trip. The driver stopped for gas and snacks on the way (we did not ask him to) and on the way home was swerving all over the highway. Contact was made with the company on 9/1 to report these issues and a small refund of $325 was given (total bill was $1,860) of which we, the passengers, are not happy with. We believe they knowingly sent a vehicle not fit for the road and put our safety in danger. Their website picture and description of the escalade vehicle is false advertising since it looks nothing like it and has none of the features listed. They also bait and switched when a price for a different vehicle (navigator) was quoted and appeared on the confirmation email but sent an obvious lesser limo in its place.
