    To whom it concerns,
1st why is Cory talking about his new baby born son? What does that have to do with the job? Maybe he’s looking for sympathy, or us to feel bad for him. And that right there states exactly who this person is. A criminal!

So I’ll begin with Cory Rogowski calling me 6 months ago + to get an estimate for board and plastering of a room above the garage. Once I provided this estimate he agreed to move forward. He then asked me for an insulation price, I gave him one with a detailed list of what I would do. (Very detailed list) I never stated I was a contractor nor would I be able to inspect the job. HE WAS THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR , I was just a subcontractor.
We did the work and everyone was happy aside from me having to basically chase Cory down for the last payment. I even discounted the job for him and did extra work for 0$!

The last general contractor he had hired walked off the job nor will the town inspector go to his house due to other issues Cory was making with them. Corey has had issues with most of the contractors and subcontractors that have worked or been to his house. I have done my homework and talked to numerous people and the issues revolve around Cory.

I am in the process of three charge backs. (I will win the charge backs due to all the information I have including pictures, videos and conversations of a satisfactory job)!
I will also be bringing Cory to criminal court for trying to steal over 7500$ (he is trying to steal 8,950) I reported this to the police as they all stated he is a troubled guy. Please call barre police department and Roylston police department if you’d like.

I was not aware of this law but you can charge back any amount of money for up to three years. As long as you use a credit card. So you can go into a store buy a pack of gum then walk out the door and dispute the charge and get it back then it’s our responsibility to get the money back in court. CRAZY I KNOW!

This is all irrelevant because I gave Cory a good all around experience and job. I gave him EXACTLY what was stated on the estimate and that he agreed to. This is a master mind criminal psychotic stunt that Cory is committing.

This whole BBB review thing is to try and help him once I bring him to court I think.

Also you do not need to rip all the walls and ceilings down to insulate from the attic which there is access too.  You can actually access the walls too if needed. Hypothetically speaking if I didn’t do what I said. But if you look at my estimate and what I provided him it shows I gave him what he wanted. The Job should have been inspected by Cory when the insulation was done.

Every couple thousand clients you get a troubled guy like Cory. I did everything in my power to make all go well.  This is a criminal offense and I am taking full action to Cory, the money he is trying to steal, the slandering, the time he has made me spend on all this stuff the countless hours with QuickBooks and Angi leads and he even had my gmail account shut down for three days+how many days he has ruined of mine mentally.

If you look us up on nearly any platform we provide good work all around. 100s of reviews with people satisfied.
If you post this review you are also being lied too and taking advantage of.  All the proof is here.
