    In the past 17 years of filing tax procedures, I have not had any issues. This client claimed a tax credit for 6 years of which is only applicable for 4 years. The is now requesting to get paid back for the credit the client received payment. Now that the *** is asking for the money back, the client is requesting me to fix the issue for the money they received. The client is not agreeing to pay back the credits received. We have been trying to assist the client, nevertheless the client has been abusive and offensive, disrespectful to our staff and the **** We have proof with our phone call recordings of the where we have been abused verbally by the client.
