    I called Dennis the Mennis Pest Control about bees/wasp nest under the soffit on the front right side of my house. The front of my house is 3 stories high. The technician came out to remove the nest on September 1st, 2023. I gave him a check for $195 for this service and he left. Later in the day I was pulling into my driveway and noticed the window shutter to the left of the nest was damaged. I called Dennis the Mennis and left a message about the damaged shutter. Dennis called me back a few minutes later and told me he would come by the next day (Saturday, 9/2/23) between 9:00AM and noon. I was home during this time and nobody came to inspect the damage. I called Dennis around 12:45PM and stated that nobody showed up.The following day (Sunday, 9/3/23) I received a call from Dennis admitting nobody came to look at it the previous day. He stated that "he would take care of it" and somebody would come by the next day (Monday 9/4/23) between 9:00AM and noon. Again, I was home and nobody showed up. Dennis the Mennis has not contacted me since the phone call on 9/3/23.

    We are aware of the issue. There was an understanding that we would respond asap-In fact our service manager DID return to the house to see the problem. Mr. * thought that we would return at a certain time and that was not the case. When we spoke i assured him that we would be there sometime shortly but not at the times that he had indicated. 

    Today is September 12, 2023-Heavy rains the previous three days prevented any ladder work to be done. Today 9-12-2-23 we arrived at the property and will replace the old-aged shutter involved.

    Mr. * simply has a lapse of "patience".
