  I hired them to replace a roof on my home at the end of February.Everything was discussed and a price was agreed upon.They came out a week later and replace my roof.They did the job (so I thought) in a day and we're paid in full.After they left, I noticed the next day that they failed to replace the shingles over my front bay window, not to mention that I found about six handfuls of nails in my driveway and back walkway.I called them and was told by ****** that they forgot about the bay window, and that they would take care of it.When I spoke to ***, the one who wasn't here when the contract was drawn, he tried to tell me that the bay window wasn't included, and that it would cost extra.I swear, with him every little thing is going to cost you out of pocket.Thank God I keep excellent records that put that lie to bed quick.Now I've spent the last 3+ months chasing them down to get them to replace ******** over a single bay window, which according to them, would take 2 hours ***!I've never dealt with a company who comes up with so many excuses so much in my life.The only thing more aggravating are the lies *** tells you when he breaks his promises.When he says "I'm in the next town over and I'll be there in 20 minutes," and then it's 3 hours later, and I have to call him back to see where he is, and he's telling me that he's leaving now from a town that's at least a good 90 minutes away.The hubris just makes me cringe.They finally came today and changed the shingles, and I'm sure that it's because I kept on them for two weeks non-stop to uphold their end of the contract.I was about ready to hire another contractor and take them to court if they didn't come by the end of the month.I am forgiving to a point, but I have no sympathy for constant lies and empty promises, which only serve to create unnecessary stress on my end.I cannot recommend this company.

  Do NOT use this company! I wish I could give zero stars. They did awful work for a very high price. My roof still leaks. The flashing around my chimney was bad. They just slapped some tar on there, instead of lead, the correct way. The power washing they did was not very good. Looked half assed. They also patched up some concrete on my back stairs. I think a 5 year old could have done a better job. They basically just slapped some concrete on it. I could have done that. I was hoping it would actually be professional looking. Then on top of all that, I recently found out that my insurance company would have paid for a whole new roof (since some shingles had blown off from wind) if they had not done the repairs. That's 10 grand right there. Instead I only got $1000. So not only did they charge me over $6000, I'm now out another $9000. So I'm out $15,000 thanks to them. (************ has a law that the shingles have to match and they no longer make the shingles that are on my roof anymore). Any reputable roofing company should have known that. And their "guarantee" is a joke, as others have mentioned. Not that I would let them touch anything on my house again. I'm just going to bite the bullet and pay an actual reputable company to replace the roof. Stay far, far away! ????

  I hired Master Seal to repair my roof the last storm we had. They sent out one of their employees and he was very knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend them!

  Paid over $7k to have Master Seal Roofing fix my roof. They painted a white mastic over an uncleaned surfaces. Needles to say it pealed off in less then a month and never stopped the leaks. They did come back to see it peeling off and told me this has never happened before and that they will be back and fix it with hot tar. They kept having an excuse for not returning then they stopped answering texts and phone calls.
