I filed a complaint about this company a week ago, since then the business came to make things right but I feel this might be worse. ******* ******* the owner told us he ordered the parts that were missing from Northeast Electrical supply house in ******* and was picking them up this morning. I called Northeast Friday and was told there was no order for these parts. He was going to bring them at 9 am today but had an employee show up ay our property at 7 am when we were not around. My daughter saw him. That being said the employee who came to our house previously with parts that were not for the panel brought them back this morning and drilled out the parts ( we saw metal shavings on the ground by the panel). Forced them in the panel and left. We have ordered a new panel because we feel this is not going to pass inspection. I have tried to contact ******* about this but as usual he has not responded. This company should not be in business. I have since did research on this business and We are not the only people he has taken advantage of this company needs to be held acountable.

    Certainly! Heres the translation:

These are the conversations I had with ***. I asked who he ordered with and he said Northeast electrical Peabody. I called them as well as other supply houses and no  one had an order from *** or had anything for him to pick up Monday morning. I also spoke to the electrical inspector last night and *** has not contacted him.Why did his employee have to drill out the supposed parts and force the wiring into the parts and also had to cut strands of the wiring to force the wiring into the part. He left the pieces of wiring and drill shards on the ground beside to panel. The electrical inspector will be by to inspect the work his employee did.

We havent even discussed the ground wires he tried to fool us into believing it was done when he placed it a foot into the ground and not through the conduit. The electrical inspector was not happy with that either.

I will be providing this and more to the ************************ as well.

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.

We have hired another electrician who has his own permit. Your permit has long expired since you never came to complete the project that we contracted you to do. You did admit you were aware the panel you sold us was missing parts and knowingly did not disclose that to us. Had you did we would not have bought it from you and now the panel has been discontinued and parts are not available. Although you did tell me you ordered the parts for that particular discontinued panel from Northeast Electrical Supply in *******, ****. I called the supply house and they had no order from you in their system with the part number to this particular panel, because its not available.
So you sent an employee to the property at 7 am ( when you said you would be there at 9am November 4th) to replace the parts the part you allegedly ordered. Well the parts did not fit and your employee cut strands of wire in the panel and drilled out the hole in the part and tried to force it through, which he did and we are waiting on inspection to see if this is legal.
Here is also a little background.
#1 On June 8th 2023 you said you  were going to install the panel on June 10th you didnt show because you said the supply store was closed.
#2 I continued to reach out to you in June and you did not respond until August3rd to tell me about your marital problems and promised to send someone to work on the installation.
August 28th you were in ******* on vacation.
#3 September 11 th 2023 you promised to get the service done that week, no show.
September 16th 2023 coming on Mondayno show
#4 October 5th 2023 will be there on ********* show
#5 October9th 2023 no show because the supply store was closed.
#6 October 18th 2023 we will be there Saturday. no show
As you can see this goes on and on to the present time. Shall I list all the times you did not show in 2024. And as you can see we have been more than patient with you. Can you see the dilemma?
This is because you knew you could not install the service because of the missing parts.
I have not mentioned the damage caused in the house from your staff, nor the issue with ground wires. This will be a later conversation.
    Have a great day
