    I ordered four 810 drip tips from Half Moon Mods LLC on November 22,2023. 2 in Lavender, 1 in Mojito, and 1 in Pretty in Pink. I understood that it was Thanksgiving and the weekend, so I wouldn't receive any shipment notification till the following week. On 11/30/23 I sent an email asking for an update, no response. I continued to wait, but on 12/4/23 I called multiple times, their number goes straight to voice-mail. I left a voice mail, no response. I tried emailing them but received "failure to send email". 12/5/23 continued to call straight to voice-mail

    The company claims to have a lifetime warranty for any reason. Whether you break your tip, melt it whatever well, I broke mine. I have been trying to get in touch with them to see about replacing it but their website seems to be broken. The form you need to fill out is not there. I have tried calling and have received zero response. I've tried emailing to find out that the email address is not valid.

    I made an online purchase for $24.74 on 1/17/23.2 days later, I canceled that order before being shipped. I contacted the company about 4 days later about refund. They said it would be initiated in ful. I have not received a ***** back. I emailed them countless times, they pretty much act like I dont exist. Thats bad business. Thank you for anything you can do.
