    Contractor (Bob Bernier Handyman Services) took money (deposit) for a deck project and have never started a project. Contract was signed and money deposit was given a year ago. He is not responding to my calls, texts and emails.

    I ****** Bernier did enter into a contract with ********************* to reface his existing deck.
    I started developing health problems back in 2021 and have since been fighting several ailments. I can not lift more than 10 pounds at this time. I accept full responsibility for refunding Mr. ******* deposit, however I am not able to pay in a lump some at this time due to my inability to work. I would like to work out a plan for repayment. 
    this was not an intentional attempt to deprive or mislead ****************. I had communicated my illness and I totally understand **************** has come to this point.

    Please let me know how I should proceed.
