**** came in to fix a chair in my office about a year ago for the first time and he has been coming in to fix dental equipments for a year for me. When he first came in to fix at my office, he noticed a statim that we were not using because it was having an issue. Without asking me and only telling my manager, he took the statim telling my manager that he will get it fixed and bring it back. After he took it , i kept asking him to bring it back but he didny bring it back for a year. I met him, he suddenly said that it was missing inportant parts, and he thinks my previois tech from *********** must have talen the important part from the statim. I asked him why he said that to me after a year when he never said that for a year, but he didnt say why. I still told him to bring back the statim but he didnt. He stopped coming to fix things in my office after that and he doesnt answer my phone call or text. He is a thief. I want to get paid for my statim. The statim **** is selling for $****-4000. When I went to Dr *** office the first time he was not present in his office. I met his office manager *************** She went through a list of is***s in the office that needed repair. It is an old office with old outdated equipment that he purchased recently. He didn't have any idea about the equipments.
He, Dr **** met me in one of my established clients offices where he works as an associate. One of the assistants there gave him my number. He called and insisted that I come to his office although I explained that I am not accepting new clients/ accounts at that time. My schedule was too booked.
However since he works for one of my very special Clients; I went to his office and fixed everything that was fixable in the office. I still have all the invoices with all the details and I can Forward them to you. You can compare my invoices and prices to market,s prices.
Anyways, during one of the of the visits, the second or third, one of the assistants mentioned the Statim2000 is***. She said this machine has been sitting there for more than a year. The previous maintenance company, before me, tried to fix it multiple times and gave a report that it was not fixable. The previous company thus sold them new Statim machine.
I offered to take a look at it and give it a try. I told them though that I font have big hopes since the other company tried but it still didn't work.
Before leaving that day I told ******* ( office manager) about the Statim, & she said that since it's sitting there and they bought a new one they don't need it. She told me I can take it yo take a look. I did tell her that will take some time since it's not an emergency and also I am super busy. I said I will take a look at it when I have time. She said that is not a problem because it is broken and they don't use it.
I wasn't able to look at it till a couple months after. So around that time I was in the office to fix another is*** and I told ******* that the Statim is missing a part and it's not worth being fixed. She told me that she will inform Dr *** of that.
After that no one mentioned anything to me. It sat in my storage for few more months.
One day ******* called me for another repair is*** in the office & she asked me yo bring the Statim back with me. I said that is fone but the machines is in the storage when I have a chance to go look gorgeous it I will bring it back.
A week after she called I got the machine out of my storage and took it back to Dr ***** office but the office was closed. I called ******* and she apologized that they are off that day. I kept it in my car for about ten more days and went again to the office. ********** was closed too. So I took the Statim back to my storage because it took a lot of space in my car. I was too busy and forgot about it after that.
Few weeks after that I received a message from Dr *** threatening me that his wife is an attorney and he was going to *** me for taking his Statim. I was shocked and surprised. I called him back and told him he can't talk to me like that. He asked to meet me so I scheduled an appointment in the ********* next to the ********** office he worked in.
We met & I was too frustrated. I was clear that he can't talk to me in such way. Also, I explained to him with details what was the situation with the Statim and why its missing a part. I also explained what part it was missing exactly & that this happens. He apologized for the misunderstanding and bought me a coffee. I told him I will stop by sometime to bring the Statim.
My mistake was I didn't bring the Statim the ne t day. To be honest I forgot about it. It was busy season and I was super busy and this was not an emergency is***.
After this I want to find a way to return the Statim back with signed proof that he received it. I also want my diagnostic fees $400. This is for my time and labor and the two trips tvst I took to deliver it but the office was closed.

i never asked him to take it and fix it. He took the statim without my permission and he did not bring it back over a year.

Stop accusing me of lying because you are the liar and stop using your rude words so that you do not force me to take other steps that will cost you a lot, especially professionally. From the beginning, I was clear that I did not meet you in this clinic, and the person who was communicating with me was the office manager, and I have all proof that she allowed me, after a request from your employee, to take the sterilizer to cancel a look at it. It is very easy for you or anyone from BBB to verify this. I have previously explained that I still have the sterilizer and I am, of course, prepared to return it at any time based on two conditions: First, you must sign a written acknowledgment that you received it in the presence of another trusted person and in front of him at the same time. Secondly, you must pay $400 for the evaluation fee, and I will also sign a declaration proving this in front of the same person. Finally, I would like to note that I still have all the threats that you sent to me (the messages on your mobile phone or your voice messages while you were screaming), and once again I assure you that neither you nor anyone in the world has the right to speak to me in this way. And remember that even if you have the right to what you say, you must always speak politely and respectfully, especially since no one denied that I still have the sterilizer, and everything that happened is due to miscommunication between you and your employees who confirm (as I know, and you also know Personally, you told me this and they also told me that you are trying to hide your ownership of this clinic and keep it a secret for a reason that no one knows.Business Response

he is keep lying. He did not return the statim for over 1 yr and he is keep lying. If bbb can not resolve this matter, i will take him to court. He did not ask for $400 fee before i took him to bbb. Also, i did not give permission andthebmNager did jot give him permission to take the statim. He asked to take it. Why did he not return it for over a year when i kept on aksing him and even met with him 2 times. And now he is threatening me that he will ruin me professionally? What a joke.
