    Cancelled **************** paid in advance because delivery couldnt be made before tank was empty, confirmed delivery date was 6 days after order & charge for full tank made to my **** credit Card Seller refused to issue full credit charging a 6% cancellation fee for cancel request was made one day after order was placed, *********** needed in 15 degree temperature for an 85 year old type 1 insulin dependent diabetic, cancellation charge of $37.00 wasmade seller made disparaging remarks when I advised that the cancellation charge was not in keeping with good business practice, seller was rude and made disparaging remarks about my character advising that he would keep the funds paid without making delivery of for a almost $1000.00 paid in advance order.
