      If you want a company that comes to your home, breaks something and then assumes no monetary responsibility for the repair, then this is your company!If you want an owner who makes you feel like he did you a favor because it was going to break anyway, then this is your company!It is a shame because we have used them for almost 10 years but will never use their services again.

      HORRIBLE SERIVCE !! IT TOOK TWO DIFFERENT ****NICIANS TO COME OUT THAT HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO DIAGNOSE A HVAC ISSUE. FIRST **** CAME.OUT AND CLAIMED WE NEEDED A NEW AIRHADLER . ( ROOKIE) . I THEN REQUESTED A SECOND OPINION SINCE I REALLY DID NT TRUST HIS DIAGNOSIS AFTER BEING THERE FOR OVER 3 HOURS . ****NICIAN ADMITTEDLY SAID HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE WAS AND WOULD NEED TO CALL HIS BOSS . ****NICIAN THEN PROCEEDED TO SCHEDULE A REPAIR WITH A SO CALLED "REPAIR SPECIALIST." THE SO CALLED ****NICIAN SPECIALISTS WAS ON VACATION.WE WAITED A WEEK FOR THE SPECIALISTS TO GET HOME FROM VACATION.****NICIAN TWO CAME OUT WITH A HOSITLE ATTITUDE ,COMIBG IN MY HOUSE , NOT INTRIDUCING HIMSELF ,AS IF WE OWED HIM SOMETHING. AFTER A LITTLE OVER TWO HRS , THE **** CLAIMED THAT A COUPLE PARTS WERE NEEDED AND WOULD COME BACK WITH IT .LET ME BE CLEAR . THESE GUY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . TO BE ON THE ***** AT A CUSTOMERS HOUSE EXPLAINING HOW YOU "DONT EVEN WANT TO BE HERE IN THIS AREA " SHOWS AND SAYS **** ABOUT THE **** OF PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THIS SO CALLED HVAC COMPANY.IT TOOK A WEEK OF BACK AND FORTH WITH THE DISPATCH ABOUT A RETURN VISIT WITH PARTS. EACH TIME I CALLED I WOULD GET A DIFFERENT RESPONSE . UNTIL I SHOWED UP IN PERSON DEMANDING A REFUND .LET ME BE VERY CLEAR I CALLED A PROFESSIONAL HVAC COMPANY OUT THE NEXT DAY . WITHIN THE SAME DAY MY UNIT WAS OPERATIONAL AGAIN AND THE PARTS/DIAGNOSIS ( THEMOSTAT , SENSOR , WIRING ISSUE) THAT THIS COMPANY CONCLUDED WAS MY PROBLEM ,WAS NOT NEEDED .UNLESS YOU LIVE IN THE SAME AREA AS THIS COMPANY OR THEY CAN RELATE TO YOU. ......GET MY DRIFT PLEASE PLEAESE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !
