    Hi, I am making a complaint against a Good dog as well as a breeder on their site with the name **********************. Within a total of one month, I put a deposit down on a puppy over the amount thinking that it was secure because that is what they promote. Within this one month I had my identity stolen, and the *** notified me that someone filed 2024 taxes with my information. Unfortunately, because of the situation I lost all my money and my credit went to nothing. I had no choice but to cancel for the timebeing and I requested my deposit back and she said no, and I explained to her the situation and she said she understood and I received sympathy from good dog and the Breeder. Good dog said that they could do nothing, even though the breeder wasnt even abiding by their rules and was going to take money or Zelleas payment. I contacted the dog many times I contacted the Breeder many times. I saw that she was able to read my message on Monday. She blocked me on text message and good dog stop responding. I think it is only right and fair since neither parties wanna make this right and the Breeder doesnt want to transfer it to another litter that **** only fair that I get my deposit back and that is what Im asking for. I am asking for the full $541 back. In it out on another $500 for the damages for the hurt for the loss for the lie. an apology and for good dog to follow their own rules for their breeders. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. My identity has been stolen. Everything has been so hard and I got this puppy for my son so everything just got worse worse worse and worse. I feel like I got screwed over by another company by people by company by family by friends what else? Good dog should be the one paying it and then expecting it from the breeder because good dog is the one that makes the rules and it should be followed by the Breeder!!Your assistance in the matter would be so appreciated because I feel like I have been done wrong by two.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

    The business and the breeder have completely disregarded all contact as I have went out of my way and tried to resolve the issue.
