    On 11/9/23 My sister and I went into this business that was recommended to pick out flowers for our mom's funeral on 11/18. We met and sat with the owner ******. We discussed our moms love of fresh flowers specifically peonies. we knew we wanted two large vases and a wreath around her urn. ****** said if we went with all peonies it would be quite expensive as they are an expensive flower especially that time of year. she assured us she could get them. we came with a sample of the program and poster board to show our color scheme. at that time ****** made a small bouquet that complimented our colors. she informed us she was low on product due to an upcoming Xmas Gala. t She assured us she could get peonies and any flower anytime of the year. The flowers were pret** it's just not what we ordered and what we PAID a lot of money for. there was not one peony or blue hydrangea in either vase or wreath.. I did stop by the shop 2x and did not connect with her. I decided to wait till after the holidays. and remembered her Gala she was having. when I finally connected with her. she focused on a receptacle issue which was not provided ( too much to get into here) though I did have to run around the day of my mother's funeral to transport the flowers from the church to the venue.She basically said it was my responsibili** to reach out to her if I wasn't satisfied. I honestly thought she was going to reach out to me with a refund after the holidays. she told me she would provide pictures and speak to the person who delivered and made them. she never did provide pictures ,I do have pictures. it's like ordering lobster and being served flounder without being asked and still being charged for lobster. her last message to me was she could not find ************** would make me a silk arrangement for the grave. we don't have a grave my mother was cremated , her ashes are going to be spread, my mother hated silk flowers.I left a message saying no ** to the silks & haven't heard yet
