      Honeywell Canada does not respond to your complaint about their substandard product. I've tried contacting them twice. I encourage you not to purchase their ***** btu portable airconditioner. Mine was purchased last April used one season then went to use this season and it will not cool. I've tried all the trouble shooting. I believe all the coolant has leaked out. AFTER ONE SEASON. The unit is worth over *******. Waste of your money. The company does not respond after two separate attempts to get an answer as to why the unit only worked for one season. Extremely disappointed in this purchase.

      Attempted to reach Kaz by email based on the info on their instructions for use and their packaging box but got STMP erroruser unknown.This morning, I went to use the HC1304 heat pad for the FIRST TIME do not know when I purchased it. Their instructions for use say to heat the HC1302 for 4 minutes. My microwave is UNDER 1000watts, so I set the timer for 4minutes 30 seconds. I heard a loud noise from the microwave so I ran from the living room to the kitchen . With 1 minute 38 seconds remaining, it was smoking. It was all puffed up, so i grabbed it [since I fortunately did some flames] and got it in the stainless steel sink. It left a horrible smell in the microwave and the house.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this product and hopefully this will warn others NOT to purchase.Later I checked the tag on the head pad and interestingly enough, the tag on heat pad said to only heat for 1 minute. Arghhhh. One should not have to read BOTH the instructions for use and the product tag, Maybe they went out of business with such a hazard.

      Recently purchased a Ceramic Tower Heater P/N# HCE317B which suddenly started shooting "flames" out of the ceramic heater section until it was unplugged. This unit is a Fire Hazard.
