    I ordered a Catalytic Converter on 10/18/2024 from the above business website. I was promised the part with in *****. When I hadnt received the part in ample time, I contacted the customer service department and spoke with ***** Amscoob. He informed me that my part was accidentally shipped to the wrong address and that they would be sending out another part with in 3 business days. As of this writing I still havent received my part nor has my charge card been refunded the pd price for the part. After several attempts to contact ********** representative ***** Amscoob with no success I would like to have a refund in the amount that I was charged, as my resolution !!! Its been close to 4 weeks still no part nor has the company taken any steps to contact me to let me know the status of whats going on.

    Mr. ***** **** did not make this purchase through RockAuto.  It would have helped if Mr. **** referenced the order number on the packaging slip or the part number in that order for me to locate this order.  I attached a copy of the order confirmation for order **********  On this confirmation, it shows that the name under billing is "Avenue Supermarts **** which made the purchase of a starter switch with RockAuto under Order # **********  Mr. **** made his purchase with "Avenue Supermarts **** and not RockAuto.  In this situation, the company or person identified as "Avenue Supermarts **** is a drop shipper that takes orders for persons and then purchases those items from retailers and has them shipped to their customer.  This also explains why Mr. **** states he made his purchase on 10/18/2024 and RockAuto Order ********* made by "Avenue *************" was made days later on 10/22/2024. 

    We are sorry if Mr. **** purchased a catalytic converter from "Avenue Supermarts **** and they fulfilled his order by purchasing a starter switch from ******** and shipping it to Mr. ***** But if Mr. **** has a complaint about his purchase he needs to contact the vendor from whom he made his purchase which is "Avenue Supermarts ***** 

    In the future, we hope Mr. **** will purchase directly from ******** through our website for the lowest prices and better customer service.

    indicates that it was delivered on October 24 2024.
