      I had my vehicle, a 2006 Cadillac, transported from *****, ***** to ********, *******, delivered to me on 12/5/2023 by Oliveira Express Inc. (***** Number *******, MC Number *******). The vehicle had pictures loaded before and after transport, I was there in-person to receive delivery. The front and rear sustained damage, paint and bodywork, observed by me, and the transporter Owner/driver ******* Oliveira. ****** was discussed and driver apologized and said he would pay damages out of pocket. I gathered 3 local repair estimates ($2474, $3005, and $2701) and provided them to Oliveira Express, both ******* (cell ************) and his assistant ******* (****) ******* (phone ************) on 12/20/2023. I received email back that their "finance department" has approved the payment on 1/10/2024 and would send payment. Since that date, I have followed up in emails and phone calls a dozen times or more, with no response to resolve this issue and cover damages. Requesting payment for repairs to my vehicle.Separately, I see they have other similar complaints here:************************************************************************************************
