    Our sons birthday was ***********. It was about 83 degrees outside and about 93 inside that gaming truck. Although it was a cool idea that I took from a referral from friends from their bday party in February, I was not expecting no air conditioning in the truck. My son played for a few minutes and said it was too hot in there. When I finally checked, I experienced it for myself and it was really hot. Im not happy about this. Why wouldnt there be AC in August? Had I not been so distracted with about 50 things to do at the party, I would have responded far sooner in the moment, but I realized this at the end of the party. I should have received a discount with an explanation of, Sorry, fair warning-our AC is broken-Were giving you a credit for X amount of dollars for this and were really sorry. For this reason, I wont be recommending you guys, unless something is done for this experience of hot boxing a bunch of little kids for 2 hours and hoping the parents wouldnt notice- which I almost didnt. Thanks for coming out. Thanks for not responding to my email when I reached out after the party. Truly horrified I gave you any money and didnt check reviews. And FYI- We had a window unit AC we could have loaned you for the truck to make it comfortable for the kids and yourselves included.

    We used Ultimate Mobile Gaming twice: 1st time on 5/8/24; 2nd time on 6/14/24 for birthday parties. 1st party went as expected - what we received was as advertised. 2nd party was awful. We were promised a gaming truck that was limo-style, climate-controlled, with 5 HUGE TVs, on-board generator, room for 18, lighting & sound system, 2 game coaches, early arrival to setup in time for party start. What we received: a disgusting, musty trailer with NO A/C (for a hot June party!), broken SMALL TVs, no lighting, 1 coach who screamed at the well-behaved boys the whole time, barely enough room for the 12 boys we had, no on-board generator (we had to help the coach lift the extremely heavy generator to setup), inability to provide games as promised, late arrival making for 30 minute late start. We called and sent many emails expressing our dissatisfaction, with no response. When the owner finally responded, we were told that the truck we were supposed to have was damaged and they sent a backup. He told me to have a nice summer. Had we been informed in advance of what we were going to end up with, we would have cancelled or rescheduled. We are seeking a refund for product and services not delivered as advertised.

    I booked a video game truck for 12/9/23. The owner took payment in full and was supposed to send invitations the same day and did not. Contacted him several times after and he still did not send the digital invitations. He sent me an invoice and did not attach invitations again. This was a month later and I decided to cancel the truck within the parameters from the website and owner (must cancel by 21 days before the party). I texted him and cancelled on his website on his site (24 days before). He is not responding to any of my texts, ignoring calls and I cant leave a voicemail because his mailbox is full.

    On Saturday June 24th we had Ultimate Mobile Gaming Truck come to my house for my sons 9th birthday party. The agreed upon price was $400 for 2 hours plus $150 travel from MA to **. The time slot was 2p-4p. The team was 10 minutes late in starting and the truck died at 3:30p. The issue turned out to be UMG not filling their generators with gas. I told them I expected a reimbursement of $100 which equaled the 1/4hr we lost. *******************, owner, has ignored my calls, voicemails, texts and emails except to tell me he had limited device the week after the party which is when he told me he would be in touch to resolve the issue and give me a refund. Since that email he has not answered any communications other than responding to me telling him I would be filing this complaint, to which he said thanks for the heads up. In total I paid $600 (tip for the gamers who came) and missed out of 40 of 120 promised minutes. I asked the gamers to go get gas and come back but they had to go to a different party after ours so would not .
