    DO NOT USE! All the billing comments on BBB and ****** are correct. Our fertility clinic asked us to use ReproSource. I hesitated to use their service because I read reviews about this company and its billing department. At the request of our fertility clinic, we went ahead with their service, and it has been a horrible experience. We have been charged twice for a service that we only used once. We are due a refund and are still waiting. In addition, this company keeps sending us bills - billing us for a service already paid. We've contacted their billing department repeatedly, and we've been told that the billing issues will be fixed and that our refund will come in the next few weeks. It's been almost 3 months and we're still getting billed and waiting on our refund. DO NOT USE.

    I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the billing practices of Reprosource following a recent lab visit. During my husband's visit, he was informed that the bill would amount to approximately $200. To ensure a smooth transaction, he explicitly inquired about paying in full at the time of the visit, to which he was told that a bill would be sent to him.To our shock, we recently received a bill for nearly $400, almost double the originally quoted amount. Upon contacting Reprosource's customer service for clarification, we were informed about a supposed 10-day payment policy, a detail that was never communicated during the visit. No bill, message, or email was received to alert us to this policy, leaving us blindsided by the sudden increase in charges.This lack of transparency is not only disappointing but raises serious concerns about Reprosource's integrity. It feels like a blatant disregard for customer communication, and the absence of any notification regarding the 10-day payment requirement seems deceptive.Furthermore, upon reading reviews online, it is disheartening to discover that many others have faced similar issues with Reprosource. This recurring problem suggests a pattern of questionable billing practices.Our attempts to resolve the matter with customer service have been met with frustration, as we are now being pressured to pay the increased amount in full, with the threat of the bill being sent to collections looming over us.Such an experience is not only financially burdensome but also leaves a lasting negative impression. As consumers, we deserve transparency, fair communication, and ethical billing practices. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering services from Reprosource and encourages the company to reevaluate its billing policies and customer communication practices.

    Not covered by insurance. Not a useful in diagnosing infertility. Was charged $578 and sent to collections prior to even being able to appeal to my insurance company. Terrible company.
