Bright Vision is a portfolio company that owns and controls several other brands. Such as: Mining Automatic, Bright Vision ***************, **************, RankOne eCommerce, Steady Stack, and others. Buyers Beware. They had me sign a 5 year agreement for an investment repayment term and then stopped any payouts. Since before I became a client, and up to early February of 25, they advertise 4-7% monthly returns. However, my results have not been as high as advertised I signed my agreement in late May 24 for an investment of 1 Bitcoin and 8 Ethereum crypto currency coins. First payment wasnt received until mid August. Its about a 90 day set up after you buy in. Fine.Then, supposedly, they will pay out ~2% every two weeks. After the 90 day set-up, they actually paid ~1.5% for about 6 months, then broke the contract, and stopped paying anything. They say their payment takes 7-14 business days to be received, AND it costs about 8-10% of what youre owed. My $1,650 payout has been received in my wallet sometimes as less than $1,500 net. I have asked many people there, and they will not provide an itemized receipt for the cost to send my payout. Theyll tell sweet little lies, and keep delaying payouts so you make less income annually. Some excuse always came up. Then, they start skipping payments altogether like a bad renter. Now, they want to force me to use some unknown, internally developed , new algorithmic trading bot to try to get my investment back. Such a SCAM!Im afraid Ill never get my investment ******* of 1 March 2025 they stopped delivering payouts and wont deliver when I try for a resolution or a new agreement. They just say maybe theyll return my investment in Q4 2025, they're not sure when, and won't pay my contractually obligated bi-weekly payouts.Customer Answer

I invested $65,000 with Bright Vision Distribution LLC (Bright Vision Digital) for their Mining Automatic program. The contract, signed 9/27/2024, promised crypto mining equipment would be deployed and begin generating revenue within 180 days. That deadline has passed, and Ive received no meaningful results or proof of activity.Prior to this, I was enrolled in their ******* automation program, which also underperformed. The company convinced me to transfer my funds to the Mining Automatic program under a new contract, voiding the previous one. Since then, communication has been poor and filled with delays, vague responses, and missed *********** assigned Client Success Manager, Armani *********, repeatedly failed to provide real updates. The company president, *** ******, also signed the agreement. Despite many follow-ups, I have not received a refund or proof that any services were delivered. I have saved all signed contracts and ******** message history.I am seeking a full refund of $65,000. I have filed complaints with the *** and Massachusetts Attorney General and will be pursuing arbitration under Section 24 of the agreement if this is not resolved promptly.Customer Answer

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. While there has been some communication over the past year, there has been no clear resolution or meaningful progress. I invested $70,000 with BVD under a do it for you ******* program. There was a guarantee that if I didn't make my money back within 1 year I. would. be given back 50% of my deposit. At the. end of the year my return was barely $300. *** reached out and told me they. wanted. to. do right. by. me and would roll me into a Mining Automatic program. I entered into an investment agreement with this company on October 30, 2024. According to the contract, I was supposed to earn 3% monthly on my $25,000 investment. However, I have not received any returns since signing the contract. I have attempted to communicate with the company, but I have not received any clear responses. I invested approximately $54,000 with this company. The company that I invested in was a subsection of their overarching company apparently. It was a ******* investment. The section of their department apparently failed. They moved my account into bitcoin **********************. It has been10 months since they moved over my investment. They failed to provide payments on a timely basis. When I asked to get my money back according to their contract, which was only 50% back, they put me on a possible payment plan that will not be able to get my money back in a timely manner.
