  I engaged Endless Energys plumbing team to help with urgent plumbing repairs needed at condo in *******. Their phone team was very responsive when I called in, communicated a timeline that allowed us to work around other contractors in the site, and the plumbers were not only nice but able to figure out how to work around a few surprises discovered on site. I highly recommend working with them.

  Had our mini splits installed by Endless Energy in early 2020. The team was great from sales all the way through installation: friendly, courteous, and helpful beyond just the installation that they were there to do. My only complaint as far as installation goes is a couple of questions that went unanswered after the installation was complete.Fast forward four years and one of my tenant's units has stopped working in the middle of the summer. I called the service team for warranty repair and they have cancelled two appointments on me when I made it clear that I was leaving for vacation for a week and needed the appointments to be a priority. On the second cancellation I did not even receive a call to let me know it was cancelled until I decided to call when the tech was over an hour late. The scheduling agent then asked if he could reschedule the appointment directly with the tenant while I was away and at the tenant's agreement I gave him her number. I returned from vacation to find out that he never reached out to her. It has now been more than two weeks that my tenant has been without AC in the middle of August because this service call has not been a priority to a company who grossed more than $30k on the installation of these units. I will now be finding a different company to service these units.

  We just installed an All-house heatpump system using the ducts from the central AC system which we eliminated. We had a terrific experience with Endless Energy. Here are some highlights:1. Their quote was very competitive with two other quotes we received.2. They performed a through analysis of our electrical system and the size of the system needed, and advised us on the issues of load and capacity, with detailed calculations.3. They had endless patience for our many questions before the installation.4. After the system was installed, it turned out that it needed adjustments. The original thermostat did not meet our needs and the ** guys came back replacing it twice, until we were satisfied. At the end, they instructed us how to use it. The location of the temperature sensor needed to be moved, from a small hallway to the living room. They came back and spent a considerable time running new wires through the attic in order to install the sensor in the living room. I greatly appreciate the customer service we received from **********************. These systems are complicated and each home is unique, requiring a specialized pre- and post-installation attention.
