      Apparently, their customer service only lies to the customer. Reading other reviews puts my Mom has gone thru the same things. I stopped my order and am now going with ADT.

      I see that others are having similar issues as we are with Philips Lifeline. We had no problems for years so I don't know if it's supply chain issues, customer service issues or what.We had gotten a low battery alert for my mother's pendant back in March or April. Multiple calls that resulted in different answers as to why/when the pendant the pendant would be shipped out. In May 2022 my mother moved in with my husband and I. We made a decision to discodiscontinue the service. We have yet to get the shipping label/bix to return the equipment that was supposed to be sent via ***** meanwhile we get robo calls saying we need to call them back to make arrangements to return the equipment. It seems the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. All we want to do is stoppp getting these calls and actually get the return label already!
