  We used Advanced Roofing, Siding and Windows for our roof in May 2023. *** was available to answer questions when needed, and super flexible on his meeting times when we had to meet in person. The roof itself was done in a day, and the soffits took a few hours on another day. The roof looks great. The only issue we had was that the project did not start when we had planned, but that was because the electrical company did not wrap the wires on time (which is a safety protocol), and did not communicate when they'd be able to. We do wish the communication with that piece was better but knew that was not Advanced Roofing's issue, it was the electric companies. We would definitely use Advanced Roofing again in the future, if we plan to do siding or windows/doors.

  I used Advanced Roofing and Siding to install *********************** siding on my house. The project took roughly 5 months to complete between Fall of 2021 and Spring of 2022.During the installation process most of the crew(s) that came in were very friendly and respectful. Some of the work was questionable or wrong and required tearing off installed pieces of siding, drip edge and house wrap to correct the installation or remove rot that was covered over. The rot extended beyond portions of the sheathing that would have been accessible during during installation.A year prior I had a new roof installed by another company which included installation of all new drip edge. During this siding project the drip edge was either carelessly bent, torn or otherwise damaged by Advanced Roofing and Siding. I brought all of these concerns up at the end of project with ***. It has been communicated several times over the course of a year now with 0 effort to remediate the damaged drip edge surrounding the entire house.The powerhead that was removed from the old siding was also left dangling and not attached to the side of the house at the end of the project. This was also not addressed by *** and his crew(s). It's not only a cosmetic failure but also a major hazard. I had to reattach this myself later.While the actual siding installation itself was done fairly well a significant amount of issues had to be corrected and certain crews that were rotating through were downright careless and left the house damaged. I would not recommend using this company for a siding install based on my experience with them.I have attempted to remediate these issues through *** with no success.

  I do appreciate your patience in getting your concerning resolved and We are very happy the your home is one of the best look house and will look good for many, many years.

  The spring of 2021 the spring of **** is very difficult and a challenger for all contractors.  We could not get materials on time.

  For damage sheathings on the house  We know that we did replace all the rotted that we find it.  and making sure we did not install any of the new product and the damage materials.

  Im so happy that we are working with **** the roofer, to address the drip edge issues and also Im thankful for your understanding that we could not do a entire tear-off of the siding and roof trims without cosmetic bending the drip edge on the roof. All the damage drip will be replaced and repair as well. 

  **** is a great guy and we are happy to have the chance to work with him.

  Following up on this after nearly 5 months. I ended up having to coordinate the repairs with my original roofing company myself and paying close to $2000 out of pocket to fix the issues caused by the siding install from Advanced Roofing and Siding. ******** had to be torn off around most of the ***** ends of the house to remove the damaged drip edge. Mind you my roof is only 3 years old. I've had next to zero communication from the owner of Advanced Roofing and Siding, nor their employees, during the time that the response from them was posted above. I've made several attempts to reach out to the company and the company owner directly to address the statements made above vs the time, effort and money that I had to put in myself to correct their mistakes before further damage was caused to my roof. None of my attempts have been responded to.
