      We ordered and paid for in full a brand new 2024 Ultra XT model in early March of 2024 and were told that it would **** *-8 weeks to receive. Finally in July after 12 weeks and with my bank threatening legal action because we had not taken delivery, we received a refurbished unit that was made to look like it was the brand new unit. The unit was missing pieces and all of the new features that were promised and came with 59/60 bulbs. They also did not include a timer. After complaining several times and being promised that it was an accident and that it would be made right several months went by and nothing was done. We once again complained and threatened legal action in December of 2024 after 5 months of inaction and agreed upon a refund of $7500.00 of the purchase price. Multiple deadlines were breached and we finally turned it over to the bank in January of 2025. We have substantial written documentation detailing that Sun Capsule has accepted full responsibility multiple times and they now refuse to refund the money. I have been told at least 10 times that I am going to get my missing pieces and the missing bulb but after 6 months still do not have the 60th lamp that my machine was supposed to come with.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  Which is par for the course for a fraudulent company masquerading as a legitimate company.  Stay far away from this company if you are looking to purchase any tanning equipment for your business.

      We purchased tanning beds (3) from *********************** at sun capsule. we paid the invoices in full on 8/07/2023. we were supposed to receive these beds the week of Sept 25th 2023. After several attempts to get the beds delivered, we finally received them on Oct 18th/19th 2023. while the beds were being installed, we realized they were not what we ordered. The beds have broken parts, missing parts, features that do not work. we contacted *** ****** by phone on Oct 19th 2023 and told him our disappointment. We sent him pictures of everything that was wrong. He said he would make it right. In several emails, he stated he was working on the fixes for the equipment. He even brought in ******************* from CalTan to help fix the issues. After phone conversations with **************** and ****************, we realized the pictures that was sent of the beds prior to delivery, were in fact, not the beds that were delivered. This has been going on since October 19th and we still have not gotten any resolution.
