The motor runs very good I was very worried when I saw the condition it was in when taken off the freight truck. I still say when you tell someone you are going to clean up the engine you should fallow thru and not make excuses for not doing the job promised. Thanks for a good running engine. ****

Paid $2650 for a used 2005 ********************* with between *****K on October 3, 2024.They shipped a transmission instead.I refused delivery of the transmission.They "lost" the engine in transit It is now November 8, 2024 and I am being told they have shipped an engine due to arrive November 11, 2024. This engine has between *****k miles on it. I did not order or pay for an engine with between *****k miles on it. When contacted they claimed that was what I had initially ordered, which it was not.They have refused to make price adjustments on the motor or for the inconvenient one month delay.Auto Part Ocean

We deeply regret the incovenience caused to you however for the delay we have provided you EXTENDED WARRANTY with no extra cost.
Also we shipped the part as you ordered, the mileage was the same as commited which was shared on your email.
If you are not willing to have EXTENDED WARRANTY AND WANT MONEY ADJUSTMENT WE WILL BE HAPPY FOR IT BUT THE WARRANTY REMAINS THE SAME AS WE GAVE IT YOU AT THE TIME OF SALE.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this company. The motor we purchased fell over on the truck and was visibly damaged, so our mechanic did not accept delivery. Two months later we are still awaiting a refund. Now we will need to take legal action to get our money back.Auto Part Ocean

I called Auto Parts Ocean and spoke with ****. I told him what I needed and he found exactly what I needed. He explained several options that I had depending on what I wanted. He answered all my questions and was always available to talk with me and answer my questions. The part was ordered and delivered in a timely manner. My mechanic installed it and was very pleased with the product. I really appreciate their service patience with me before and after I purchased the part from them.Auto Part Ocean
