Initially everything was going good. They were able to help me with my first order, a low mileage (85k miles) used transmission for my truck. Mine has over 250k miles on it and the transmission went out. So while I was on the phone with them, I inquired about the cost for an engine with low mileage ( my engine runs great but has 250k miles) , figuring by replacing both I would get several more years out of it. They told me the engine also had 85k miles on it more than once and said they tested the engine before shipping. When I opened the wrap and started prepping the engine as required to maintain the 30 day warranty. I found broken studs in the cylinder heads as well as engine block sealer all through the water jackets. I called their customer service and warranty department and left messages, explaining the condition of the engine. They automatically denied my claim. I replied and sent supporting photos and detailed description of engine condition. Several factors indicated that the engine obviously had higher mileage than what I was told. When I contacted them again they resubmitted to the warranty depth. I was told they were looking for a replacemt engine but couldn't find one. I asked if they could instead get me an engine for another vehicle I have as a replacement for what I paid for, they said they were looking and would get back to me. I had to play phone tag with them for the next few weeks and now they're telling me that I'm out of the warranty period and my claim is not valid. In my professional and personal opinion they lied to me and lead me on, on purpose until the warranty expired. They are not trust worthy. I wouldn't recommend anyone using them unless you just want to throw your money away. You're safer going to your local salvage yard and far cheaper, not only that your warranty is better, simply bring the part back and they'll replace it.
