    i had a bad experience with communication and care of our dog's. we were supposed to have six dog's groomed they only set up for 5. They had even gone over the information with us before starting and never said anything until the 5th dog. Then we had to wait for him to contact us back about the situation. He refused to talk to us and wasn't going to do anything about it. The groomer was ok but unprofessional. She wasn't able to finish grooming one of them and the last one looked half groomed. she was nice but unprofessional. she didn't contact the owner until the 5th dog why did she wait. and then proceeded to bad mouth her boss saying he didn't know what he was doing, that he's never been a groomer and doesn't know what all goes into grooming and how much to price grooming. I was also told one price for each dog and had sent several pictures of each dog, however when she got there she said I was quoted the wrong price, contacted the owner and was told to give it to us for the price he quoted but he'll give her the money for what ever difference. I would definitely not recommend them. This company was located in ******** *******
