My dog Mo died at **** on August 30 th 2024. We had an agreement with the owner ****** ****** that neither of our two Newfoundlands would ever be kenneled. Mo was in a kennel for 9 hours in his f**** and urine. There was no ** as stated on her website. I had former clients and employees reach out to me after Mo passed. The owner ****** told me, after viewing the video, he died peacefully my dog suffered for ten hours. The hours before his death, caused anxiety, duress, dehydration, which is to bloat. Former clients spoke of overcrowding, understaffed, dog bites and attacks. The employees spoke of abuse ( kicking dogs, put in crates and forgotten, lunches being thrown away, sewage problems in dog play areas, clients paying for services never rendered, staff trained to lie if anything negative happened to their dog like fights, bites, not eating, anxious. ****** told me herself she has a hacker to take down bad reviews. The place is under investigation. Go to ******************, ********** June 6, 2024 dogs left out all day on rain and cold whining and shaking. Unsanitary conditions, dogs sprayed in the face, one employee to 40- 70 dogs. Human bites and workers are bullied, threatened, abused verbally. ****** stole tips and employee awarded money from AGO. Cullin never on premises, no camera where dogs are boarded overnight. Clients not told truth about their pets. One clients dog was in a bad fight face bit, was isolated until Tuesday when owner came to get the dog. No treatment by staff for dog. ****** ****** refers to sign document not holding her responsible BUT we dont pay for neglect and abuse either. ****** knows male manager has kicked dogs, kicked crates with dogs on them, and still hes there. He lives with ******. The facility on the outside looks beautiful but the what goes on behind closed doors is a different story. I have all of this information documented. Please do not kennel your loved one. ****** ****** Sandwich. Look me up.

Unfortunately *** passed away overnight Due to no negligence of our own, we loved this dog very much and this owner has become cruel sick person after a tragedy, very sad.

We have been fully inspected and pass all inspections from our local govt as well as state govt. We were not found negligent in his passing, and none of this is true - Just exaggerations to try to harm me and my business. We are sorry this person is having a mental breakdown after her dog passed away at our boarding facility, However, none of the things they say are the truth at all and can be proven with cameras as well as literal documentation. Rest in peace Mo, I loved you and your family unfortunately, your mother is not well.

Ms. ******* You are still under investigation by the ***. You have falsified documents that I have in my possession. I have documents that yourself engaged with former employees showing Mo was left in a kennel multiply times, and was found in his f**** and urine. You had an agreement with us that Mo nor his daughter ***, would ever be kenneled. You lied about this just to keep our dogs at your facility. When speaking of mental health please remember, in a video on November 18, 2024, you Ms ****** asked the towns select board do you want me to commit suicideThis was at a public meeting that was televised. You need to take responsibility for the neglect, and abuse as well as overcrowding of dogs, understaffed, and non trained staff. The animal control officer of Mashpee stated in his report, you have multiple issues you need to fix You were not charged with a criminal offense in regard to Mo, but criminal and civil are two different issues. Ms. ****** I have no hatred towards you, I want you to take responsibility, and ownership for Mos being kenneled when we had an agreement that he would be upfront in the office area. We paid for a service that you did not provide to us, and more importantly to Mo. You mention loving Mo, Yet, you loved him so much you kenneled him, staff heard him whine and howl, he had no AC in the area where he was left alone, unsupervised, no cameras , and you have the audacity to say you loved him? It is clear Ms. ****** that you are clearly in the wrong on so many levels. The attorney general awarded money to former employees because you stole tips from them. You have stolen money from clients who have paid for services never rendered. Just like us, we paid for Mo to be treated with care, in a safe environment, and he was kenneled and we were never told until after his death. The videos dont lie Ms. ******* As far as the state not finding you responsive for Mo makes no difference as they only seek cases that are criminal. But, the statements of a dog being thrown, another kicked, another put to the floor multiple times, unsanitary conditions, and hostile working conditions were the perfect storm for Mos demise. You lied to us and Mo died because of it. Had we known the truth, we never would have continued to use your facility. Had the former employees not been so threatened by you, they would have spoken. Your business could have been a truly wonderful place, its too bad youre never there to oversee it.
