      Internet has been out for 3 day. They won't answer the phone and they won't return phone calls. My kids have had to go to the library to do their home work because this Company does not support their customers.

      Customer was disconnected for nonpayment and unfortunately tried to contact us when we were closed for President's **** We returned their call, processed payment and reinstated service as soon as we opened the morning after the holiday.

      We lived in *****, so we were a little nervous about the quality but it was excellent. Both for us and the neighbor who recommended them. Service setting everything up was easy too. We didn't have to call much and always received a prompt response when we did.

      EVODepotUSA made it possible for us to have excellent internet and TV reception in an area which, otherwise, had no land lines...no satellite service and no cable! They offer an excellent product at a very reasonable price. They also have the best customer service i've ever delt with.

      We live a a rural area where there are more cows than people. Only internet service was DSL which offered a sizzling 3 Mbs a good day. Switched to Evdo and got 20 Mps fairly consistently and up to 50 Mps occasionally. Speeds and signal quality allow streaming video on more that one device at a time, **************** is also excellent.

      I replaced my satellite internet service with Evodepot over three years ago because Evodepot offered unlimited internet and higher speeds. Initially the speed was not significantly faster even after numerous calls to the technicians who tried various methods to increase the speed. However, after following the recommendation to purchasing an outside antenna, the speeds did increase significantly. My home usage of the internet increase during the Covid pandemic due to working from home and zoom meetings and home schooling. After the Covid mandates ended I continued to work from home. In May 2022, I received an email that indicated that the unlimited internet use would end on June 30th and I would be limited to 500gb per month. I was shock that as a long time customer and spending the money to add an antenna, I would not be grandfathered on the unlimited plan or have the option to increase the amount of my monthly payments. Evodepot is the best internet option in my location, there is no fiber optic, hot spots or cable. No gaming or streaming in my home this month and I am already at the half way point of the 500gb. I will have no internet in a week. Disappointed with the failure to provide the service that was agreed.

      Unfortunately with a network provider going out of business, we no longer have access to the old plans and thus were not able to grandfather any of our existing customers. We understand that this might be concerning, which is why we gave ample notice about the change so that subscribers could find a more suitable option if needed.
