    Paulista did a move for me from Concord to ********. It was a 1 BR with an office and a gym ( lots of ********************* They said they would arrive between 8 and 8:30 and they did.They did go a little past the time quoted but that is to be expected especially since we were located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Although I wasn't happy with the extra $500 in charge I paid it because I can tell they worked hard- My husband didn't want me to pay them since he also helped them a bit with moving items but it would have added an extra few hours so I am glad he did. In any case I found the movers to be professional. Anything they pulled apart they put back together.My two stars is NOT for those guys but for the issues that resulted after. Since they did drop my treadmill and another item and damaged my floor they offered to fix it since they have a flooring company. ******* was a bear to deal with from sending fake information to canceling appts or not following up until the last minute if at all.First, she showed up with markers to colour the floor then she sent someone who insisted the damage was from heat then she sent another person who told me he can't change the flooring and if he switched it out it would be made worse and he doesn't know what to do. She then emails me and said he felt humiliated by me which is NOT what he stated.If you need to move- use another company as the customer service from the office is terrible.
