      My time at Kappys was far less than enjoyable. The coworkers that I work with, are amazing people. Willing to help whenever is necessary. The main issue is management. They feel as if they can talk to you any which way, mostly because they hold higher positions than you do. I was a floor staff, that had been moved to a cashier. (My own doing, because I cant read the tags for prices, since I wear glasses). I was talked down to, to my face and behind my back, through the entire process; before, during and after. I dont recommend working here, unless you have nerves of steel. This is a family owned business, so it makes it even worse for you to file a complaint. The kicker is that this place has NO HR Department. You have to talk to the owner, if you have a complaint. And the last person who did this, was fired on the spot. Again, I do not recommend working here.
