    On October 25, 2024 I attempted to ship items at this *** store. I had ****** return labels and the employee gave me a very hard time trying to ship them. I didnt need to have the items packed yet she refused to take them unless I packed them. She then proceeded to tell me she had no boxes that would fit the items and that I should leave. I was looking at boxes behind her that would fit the items. She finally allowed me to buy a box but charged me $25.00 and refused to show me any proof of prices at the store. She also refused to give me a receipt. The register at the store read miscellaneous item because she literally charged what she felt like charging. My items never made it back to ******. Upon checking ****** reviews, the store has horrific reviews of customers receiving similar poor customer service. The more concerning issue is the complete lack of transparency around prices. Similar to other reviewers, they seem to charge whatever they want and are completely unwilling to provide any information around why prices are what they are.

    10/26 I paid ***** for shipping of a package. Within 5 minutes i went back in the store to change address. I had to cancel original shipment and reship it. I paid 68 the second time. They said my package will be there by 10/28 by noon. Then said it wasn't guaranteed even though I paid extra to get it there by then. I did not get refunded the canceled shipment. I tried to call customer service. The automated answering service hung up on me four times. I finally got a hold of someone and they said I had to put a claim in after the package was delivered and they might be able to refund the canceled shipment. I asked to be transfered to a supervisor and I got transfered to a rotary directory. Ended up in hazardous department and got transfered back to customer services and was disconnected. I called back and th3 person wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor and told me it wouldn't get taken out of my account but it already had. Then they transfered me back to an automated answering service. They were unreachable. And kept transferring me around instead of helping.The employee took the original copy of my receipt and said he would try to get the refund but then put it aside.
