      This is a towing scam that is very unreasonable and lacks common sense. The person who handled phone and transaction is very arrogant and has an entitled attitude, as if they can do whatever the want since they own parking lot. Let me explain, my wife was was doing errands for her 91 year old Aunt, which she takes care of. She needed to go to the bank for her and pickup items at CVS. At 12:52 she parks the car in lot, needs to go to bank across the street , come back goes into CVS for items time stamped at 1:13pm , 21 minutes later went outside car is towed. This company didnt want to hear anything, all the wanted is their money, cash only. Unbelievable this isnt right and Im sure we are not the first this has happened to.
