    So I got into a car accident in February, and chose to take my car to Stephens because it was close to my work and affiliated with my insurance company, which was supposed to save me money. They told me it would take 2 weeks to repair. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, I called you confirm. They said they were waiting on the glass for the windshield to be installed, and to call back the next day to see if it would be ready then. I did, and this time they said they dont have the glass yet, and to wait another week. I proceeded to call them each week, and they proceeded to tell me to wait another week because something else was backordered, for 2.5 months. A couple weeks after I got my car back, various dashboard lights would turn on and off. They didnt flash, and there was no pattern to which lights turned on, or what prompted them to turn on or off. I thought it was a computer problem, and I still needed to drive to work, so I continued to drive my car. But then the lights became persistent, so I took it to my dealership. Among other problems, they said I had the wrong battery and the airbags were installed wrong, which were both installed by Stephens. I talked to my insurance, and my adjuster said to take my car back to Stephens, since they were responsible for both fixing my car and paying for it. Stephens, of course, said they wouldnt pay and my insurance should pay. But first, to get any repairs started, I needed to get my car to Stephens so they could diagnose it. I confirmed with the receptionist that Im bringing my car in, but when I finally got it there ***** said he couldnt take the car for another week, and I couldnt leave it there. I repeat that I was told to bring it in today and that its unsafe to drive. He didnt care that I would have to drive without functioning airbags, and he repeated that I couldnt leave it there. My case is still in dispute. TL;DR incompetent and irresponsible service, with unkind customer service
