    I placed an order for an awning and provided the down payment of $3,193.89. I was told by the sales person it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery/installation. After 12 weeks of no information I emailed them for delivery information. I was immediately told they were having issues with production and they would get back to me. They never did and I had to hound them for a response. After a reasonable amount of time without any response I informed them I wanted to cancel my order and get my down payment refunded. I was informed the owner would be in touch with me regarding my request. After 2 weeks of waiting I sent an email to the owners with my request and asked for a response by close of business. I received nothing.

    July, 2023 - awning was installed at **********************************************. The mechanism that retracts the awning broke later that month after only using it 4 times. The gear is defective.After paying them $5,000... they want me to pay an additional $615 towards the installation of a new gear. They installed a defective product and want me to pay for installation twice!!!

    I apologize you didn't have the typical 5-star experience we are known for. Your unit is under warranty but unfortunately it doesn't cover labor. Similar to other trades, a part may be covered but there's still an out of pocket expense for the labor. Our communication was consistent with you, we explained what the warranty does and does not cover, and provided sheets on how to use your product. We also have accommodated your request when calling today for a same day appointment.
