It was wrong to fund a company that did not have possession of the vehicle and we said it was only to get the monthly quote and I asked you that and you lied to me about when it would start we clearly said once the equipment was delivered and installed by the dealer which it was not it took 3 months to get our truck back and you guys started billing us even before they truck was accepted by them for the equipment. How can you finance something that was not ready and I hold you guys responsible as this is one of your trusted dealers and has a big part to play that was wrong to do. I worked with other companys and they would never do such a thing until we took possession of the equipment who in the right mind would start being billed for something they dont have and why pay the dealer for something that was not ready and **** off the finance to your next highest bidder its all wrong and now Im stuck having to deal with high late fees and acceleration of cancellation of loan because you screwed us.

receiving and they had had our truck well over 2 months and beacon continues to send us bills of late fees, threats of saying they will speed up the collections process and we will owe them $24k because they want to collect all interest in full because no payment has been made to them! They called and we called multiple times to get this billing issue resolved and fixed and they decline to make things right as they and their dealer screwed up and think we were going to be paying for equipment we had no passion of thats crazy.

The loan services provided by Beacon Hill Funding, were accepted by the customer and the customer accepted delivery of the equipment financed. Beacon Hill Funding provided the customer **** ***** with excellent customer service. Ms. ***** signed all the loan documents, She was called before funding the dealership to go over all her terms and confirm she agreed with them. She was informed that her first payment is due 30 days after the equipment loan was funded. Unfortunately, after several attempts to contact Ms. ***** she never returned our calls. It is my understanding that she still has the equipment and is still paying the loan. Beacon Hill Funding is the broker that partnered her with one of our funding sources. Beacon Hill Funding is not the originator of the loan, and we have no authority to make changes or amendments to her loan agreement.

Beacon Hill Funding is a Broker, we have been in business for 15 years, we find loan sources for customers that request financing for equipment.  You applied for financing; we obtained an approval for you.  We went over the terms with you.  You agreed to the terms.  We requested your loan documents be sent to you directly from the bank that approved you.  You were requested to review the loan documents before signing them.  You then signed the loan documents.  The final step in the process before the funds are sent to the seller is a call from the Funder directly to you.  The Funder asks for your authorization to release the funds to the seller.  The Funder will NOT release the funds to the seller without your consent.  You consented to releasing the funds to the seller.  The funds were sent to the seller.  Your 1st payment on the loan was due 30 days after the commencement of the loan (the release of the funds with your authorization).  You were verbally notified of your payment schedule, and it was in the loan documents you were asked to review before signing.  You then decide not to pay your first payment, your decision led to you receiving a late fee.  I know you said you have received loans before; no bank will release funds then not want to receive the schedule of payments as agreed.  Again, you received your equipment from the seller, the bank fulfilled their part of the agreement with no change the terms of the loan, you were not asked for additional payments other than agreed to.  The only additional fee was the late fee, which is also stated in the loan documents you review and signed.  Beacon Hill Funding does not hold the note of this loan and did not charge the late fee.  You received good customer service; we were transparent and went over all your terms and conditions.  We were available to answer any questions you may have.  I have made several attempts to call you to help satisfy your unwarranted grievance.

That is a lie, they never called me we never knew who they were until we received a bill the only person we talked to was the person from your company beacon hill and that was your agent! No one from the bank ever contacted us to get authorization to release funds it doesnt even make sense why would we approve that when we didnt even have a appointment and have the vehicle shipped to the dealer! They didnt even have the parts made & if you want to talk about agreement it was for that truck to be delivered with equipment within 3 days on delivery and it was not. You guys called us when we were only trying to look for approval to see if were eligible and get the rates for this. Same as I asked when you asked for banking information we said we didnt want to start it yet and you said it was only to get the approval and everything started so you could tell us the details which you tricked us into the deal!
