    I sent a sample to be tested along with the ***** money order for testing. The money order has been cashed and I've yet to receive anything from them. This is going into the 3rd week. Ad says I should hear from them in 7 days or less

    On July 8, 2022, NEMS received a package from ************************* with one specimen to be tested for possible meteorite and a postal money order for $30.00.

    We processed and tested the specimen. The result's package was sent back to ************************* on July 15th. The tracking number was **** **** **** **** **** 55 with an estimated delivery date of July 18th. The address it was sent to was ************************* **** ****************. *********, **  28287. 

    This package was returned to NEMS on July ************************************** the package from ***** The Postmaster of the *********** worked with us to find a correct address. We relabeled the package with what we hoped was a correct address and sent the results back out again on August 1st. The address used was ************************* ********************************************************************** (a 2 was missing on the first package). The tracking number was **** **** **** **** **** 72 with an expected delivery date of August 4th 2022.

    The **** website indicates that the package was delivered on this date, August 04, 2022

    **** tracking site indicates that ****************** has received his result's package.

    ****************** has not sent any email or any type of communication about this to us.

    We do have to resend packages if the sender's address is not legible, if multiple addresses are given, or just a wrong address given. 

    We have not received any communication from ****************** during this process. The only communication pertaining to My ******* is from the Better Business Bureau. I would add here that this is the very first time that we have heard from the BBB in the 33 years that we have been testing for the public.

    In the enclosed information sent to ******************, along with the lab findings, we state the information seen on the attachment.

    To date, August 14, 2022, we have had no communication from ****************** or communication about the package received by him on August 04, 2022
