    Purchased a fridge over the summer, since the beginning the fridge kept freezing up. I have had them out several times to fix it. Last fix lasted 4 months and it froze up again. I called an independent appliance repair to come look at it, I was told this fridge has a sealed system and this model is known for leaking gas and there is no fix and it will keep needing service calls every 3-6 months as it leaks out. I have been dealing with them since 12/16/24 I left 16 voicemails and 7 text messages. The manager has yet to speak with me. I got a text on 1/3/25 telling me I could swap the fridge out and I would pay only the difference as long as the fridge at my unit was still in good shape, no dents, broken shelves or scratches which it has none. I took the time to go back to the store on 1/4/25 and pick out another fridge. I was told they would go through it and then it would be cleaned and sanitized before delivery. So at this point I think we are good.....wrong!! I spent every day last week calling to see when the fridge would be delivered to then be told I would need to pay $350 for the new fridge, to which I replied, I paid $300.00 for the original fridge so I will come to the store and pay the additional $50. Nope, now they are telling me they won't honor what was previously said in his text thread. I would now have to pay the $350 because the fridge was out of warranty. I then reminded them again that this issue was from day one and they were unable to fix the issue while it was still under warranty........why would I pay another $350 and trust that this fridge will work? I was told I would get a call back from the manager last Friday to discuss......again, no call. **************** matters!! I will never spend another dime at this store!!!! The worst experience I have ever had with a purchase! I also have the text thread where they stated they would swap it out. (uploaded) I had to go purchase another fridge for my tenant as I could not wait any longer.

    Customer bought a fridge almost a year ago. The customer wants the company to replace it for free. It is not under warranty anymore. Customer only wants to pay $50.00. That is too low. Company will work with the customer, possibly a 50% discount, but not for free.

    The original transaction took place 09/15/2024. The purchase was a used ******* washer. Within the warranty time frame the washer ceased to work properly. The business sent a repair person out promptly to fix the issue. Within days it again stopped working properly. The Nice Choice Inc sent a guy out and picked up the machine and invited us to pick out another model to replace it.We picked out the model, took a picture and waited for arrival. They arrived with a washer that was not the model that was selected and pretty clear a lesser model. We did let him know it was the wrong model via text but nothing more. Within days this machine did not work properly, would not complete a cycle and would become stuck and it would not drain. When I contact ***** to fix the model he became belligerent at worst and standoffish at best. He accused me of returning a working machine the first time and then while admitting the second washer was a different machine he insisted "he told us he was breaking up a set" with the other and we should be understanding of that and someone sold the machine while he was not in the shop. This was completely dishonest so I now understood who I was dealing with. I have multiple witnesses to the washer's performance, as well as pictures and text messages confirming this account. Despite this dishonest practice I acquiesced, and agreed to allow him to repair it. It has been approximately two weeks requesting they send a repair person. He will not return emails, answer the phone or return voice messages to send a repair person. At his point my preference is to have my money refunded (******) as opposed to this machine being repaired. The policy does state no refunds, just exchange or repair. However, sending a different cheaper version of the one I purchase, admitting that he did it should be enough to earn a refund. Given the experience I am doubtful of the repair work and the willingness to address another problem.

    The washing machine has not been repaired or replaced but I am currently satisfied they plan to rectify the matter week of 12/16/2024.

    We originally bought a different stove. We had our truck with us. It was raining out a little bit. We had a tarp, and they also covered the stove with plastic bags. We brought the stove home and it didnt work at all. They tried to tell us it was our fault when they did not at all. Tell us not to bring it home that way due to the rain had they told us we would never have done so. We would have waited till the following day to pick the stove up. They replace the stove with a different stove for the same amount of money we brought that stove home and after cooking in it a couple times realized that it was not working correctly just the oven part it was overheating. It would not regulate so everything was cooking at 500 so we could not use the stove we called several times left several messages. One person that did answer the phone asked my husband to text the issue to them again they never responded to that. We decided to have a repair company come out and check the stove out to see if it can be repaired which it can be repaired but the parts about $500 not including labor and the stove we are told not to use at all because it could cause a fire to the house We can use the stove top just not the oven so now were stuck with a stove that we cannot use at all and they trying to say its our fault because originally we took the other stove of home when it was raining out. Again, had they advised us not to do that we certainly wouldve not Taken that originally purchased stove home. When I called today on October 23 at approximately 940 he told me I was a liar and that they offered to deliver the stove and we refused delivery that is not what happened. We told them we had a truck and we could take the stove home ourselves. We had a tarp and they also covered the stove in plastic bags before we left now Im stuck with a stove. I paid $375 for and I cant use it at all until its repaired which will cost me approximately $500 plus labor costs.

    customer took the  first stove in a truck instead of paying for delivery. Got damaged in rain. Replaced for free. Customer is using an external thermometer to get her temperature reading on the new stove. That is why temp is reading funny. Stove is working properly.
