    I hired ****'s Chimney Service who repaired my Chimney and replaced the flashing around it. I had a water leak on the front face of the chimney. They performed the repair in Aug. 2021. This seemed to fix the issue. However, during the month of Nov./Dec. 2022 our chimney started to leak again. This time on the back side of the chimney. I called ****'s to have someone come out to take a look. They were responsive and came out in early January 2023. I also had them come out and sweep the chimney at the same time. Two people inspected the chimney outside and told me that the flashing didn't look to be installed correctly. They told me that it was cut short, edges and seams were not even and there was an issue with caulking. They showed pictures they had taken. They told me that they would get back to me after discussing with ****. My issue is they have never gotten back to me on replacing the flashing under warranty. I have called 5+ times and each time the person answering the phone tells me they will speak to **** and call me back. They never do and I have to keep calling. After 5+ times of calling I've concluded that they aren't going to stand behind their work and their workmanship is not up to par. I would like them to come out and replace the flashing properly under warranty.

    Sorry to have received this complaint.  I did not know customer was having issue getting a hold of me.  I only received one message to call him back, but I got sidetracked with other matters, and completely forgot to make the call.  My office staff confirmed he called multiple times, and every time they called him back, he couldn't be reached. I'm reviewing his account now, and have reached out to **** via email about next steps regarding his chimney leak.
