I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. They called me out of the blue to offer a service, and I did not fully understand what they were explaining. Despite not agreeing to any service or being present at the time, I later received an invoice claiming that the service was performed at my home. I paid the bill simply to avoid further complications, but I never requested or authorized any services from ********, I am making it clear that I do not want any more services from this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Their communication was unclear, and their billing practices are highly questionable. Be careful when dealing with them!

I hired Aspen Environmental for complete demolition of water damage to my condo unit as a result of a building flood. I could not have had a more unethical or deceptive experience. Not only did Aspen not abide by their contractual agreement with me and charged me for work not completed, even when I called over ten times to reach ownership I received no response. I sent an itemized document highlighting every area of work that was scoped in the bid for the project that was not completed. They completed 1/4th of the ceiling demo that was bid out, 1/3 of the bathroom demo was completed (vanity and tile was bid to be removed and never completed). They refused to respond to my requests for a refund for the over 10k I paid for work that was not done per our contract. They also left demoed materials in my kitchen piled up and not disposed of, damaged by kitchen floor, and dented by refrigerator. and proceeded to ask me for more money for work not completed. All along an Aspen employee reiterated that "you will not be charged for work we don't complete". Well this is exactly the opposite of what occurred and after paying over 10k for work that was not completed I can't reach them and their secretary simply states the owner stepped away and he will call you back and of course they never call. UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE LABOR PRACTICES is their Business model it appears. WARNING DO NOT DO BUISSNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! they are an unethical company who will take your money and not follow through with the job they are hired to complete.

Im submitting this review as a warning to any other prospective customers. In reading the previous complaint, I noticed a similar pattern from Aspen. They sold us duct cleaning/aero seal for old ducts. The very young technicians made a mess, neglected to seal all the ducts, caused the aero seal to be released into the air, triggered the fire alarms which they then removed and left outside. They were damaged due to rain. When the 2nd technicians came out, they pointed out that the ducts were covered in asbestos and told us they cant touch the ducts. They did not offer to end the contract or ask us if we wanted to continue. We realized that the 1st technicians had drilled holes through asbestos. I called Aspen 3-4x over a month with no response. When they finally did respond they would not provide a copy of their liability insurance or our contract with them. They also didnt believe that there was asbestos and asked to bring their inspector. Their inspector took samples from directly below where their technicians drilled holes. These samples were positive. Based on that, the state made a recommendation that the area needs to be professionally cleaned. After several conversations with Aspen in which they said they would file an insurance claim and ensure the area was made safe, they have declined the give us a refund and pay for the cleaning recommended by the state. They now say that anything could have caused the asbestos found directly underneath where they drilled. After 6 weeks of additional waiting, their inspector decided he could not conclude if their drilling into asbestos was the same asbestos that was found directly below the drill site. This was a terrible experience made worse by Aspens negligence, lack of response and lack of ownership. They admit fault that they did drill through asbestos, but they wont agree to providing a reimbursement and a cleaning. I believe their actions have jeopardized my family and I hope other consumers watch out.
