    This company is scamming customers. They do not honor their warranty program and they need to held accountable. This company is outright refusing to service their customers still under warranty and leaving disabled veterans out to dry. Their licenses need to be suspended or be forced to payout to customers they have scammed for not fulfilling their obligations to their customers. Once you call for a service call that unit is under warranty, they hang up on customer, refuse your calls, block your number. They need to be investigated.

    **************** extremely poor and non existent. They were good during sales negotiation. Returned my call promptly. After installation, never heard from JP Heating and Cooling. Multiple phone calls with messages left to two known phone numbers. No response or call back thus far. They also used two different addresses. And they want cash for the transaction which for me was shady.. They lied about the five year maintenance plan. It is ************* and nobody contacted me to schedule the maintenance that they promised during their sales pitch.
