    They replaced our gas furnace under MassSave program. Very professional and friendly technicians. The next day they came again to make sure the system was working properly and installed a few carbon monoxide and CO2 detectors. The area was left clean. After installation, they walked me through the system.

    Prestige ******************************************* address update: **********************************************************. 01844.I had a whole house Heat Pump installed in the spring of 2023. I mainly worked with part owner ***************************. They are nothing like what you would expect. The installation crew was young and the two licensed electricians were even younger. They left a mess with they left. I used they mini spit to cool my home for the month of July and my electricity bill doubled. I then used the mini split to heat my home in November and my electricity bill tripled. I believe the mini split is not operating at its peak efficiency. I have placed several calls to **** to have him return to correct the problem. He has ignored all my calls . I paid over $18K for the mini split system and had to shut it down due to the expense. I would not recommend this company at all.
