    This is a very knowledgeable, very detailed inspection with RAPID results (full inspection report) plus photos. ***** was available for a post-inspection question, as well, which I appreciated.

    ***** is absolutely fantastic. He was very easy to contact and was able to come out on short notice. He arrived early, and his inspection was thorough. As first-time homebuyers, we were a bit out of our comfort zone, and ***** made sure to answer all our questions and explain what needed to be done now and what could be done later on. During the inspection, he pointed out that we needed the sump pump replaced and that we had a leaky sewer line. With his pictures and detailed explanation, we were able to get the seller to fix the sump pump and the *** to replace the sewer line before purchasing our home. His inspection report included important details and referred to corresponding pictures, which made repairs after moving in a lot easier. We feel very comfortable in our first home thanks to *****'s work, and we highly recommend you contact ***** for your home inspection!

    We peppered **** with questions, before, during and after he inspected out prospective (and now present) home, and he always gave us a considered answer. The areas of concern he found have been validated by subsequent contractors. As others have noted, he was prompt, thorough, and provided a detailed report on what he did and did not find with dozens of photos and we have since detected only a couple of other issues. His rate is on par with other inspectors we contacted. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing to inspect a home in the ****** area.
