  May 15, 2024. Hajj construction came in and paved my driveway. I had a drain by the garage door that was removed. The next morning I had a bid puddle of rain right infront of the garage door. I called ****** and I sent him a photo, he came and added more hot top to cover the big puddle. I called ****** few times asking him to dig the drain that he covered because the water backs up to the garage then the whole basement especially in the winter time with the melting snow, I tried calling the main number no answer, I left few messages and didn't get any reply. ****** promised that he will have to come back and sealcoat the driveway in 60 days because of the big patch in it. I called again yesterday, no answer. All I need is to fix the driveway and have a drain to prevent the water and melting snow from backing up to the basement.

  I am calling from hash paving and demo H. J. J. Complaint number ********. So the job we did for em and ******, we removed the drain at her request paved her driveway. And there was a little puddle, and we repaired it. The water flows properly to the street after we went back and did a small repair. She is worried about snow melting off her car in the winter time and staying in the garage, which I have never heard this weary before. But if she wants us to go back and install another drain, I will do it. Just let me know.

  I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. 
  I did not request to remove the drain because we had issues with water backing up from the driveway to the garage and to the basement. That is why we had the drain. When ****** came he told me we will get rid of this and I expressed my concern about flood when the snow melt from the driveway and NOT from my car in the garage. 
  When he came back and patched the huge puddle right by the garage door, ****** told me he will be back to sealcoat the driveway but it has to be after 60 days, I asked him to set a time but he told me not to worry he will be back. On day 61 I called several time, 2 different numbers that are listed for the business, I also texted ****** but unfortunately didn't get any answer or reply from them.
  All I need from them is to come back and fix the driveway.  Everytime it rains  i see little puddles allover the driveway. I also need to have a drain so melting snow from The driveway does not back up to the garage and then the whole basement.

  This is Hajj paving and demo responding to complaint 22080932         In compliance with the customer we paved the driveway removing the existing drain. At first there was some puddles by the garage but after a small repair the driveway drains properly. No water ever backed up into the garage. Now she is worried about the snow melting off her car in the garage and causing an issue but usually snow cannot be on a car if it is parked in the garage. We are willing to install the drain again if that makes her comfortable. We will be calling her in the next couple weeks

  I still didn't get a call from the business.

  I am concerned about all the little puddles all over the driveway, they will be all frozen in the winter which makes it really hard to walk on the driveway and have access to the house. I also need to have the drain again to prevent the melting snow from the driveway to back up to the garage then to the whole basement. I stressed on that before giving ****** Paving the job. he also said that he will be sealcoating the whole driveway to cover the patches.
