    I placed an order 8/30, 73 days ago. I was told a month later the lanyard was out of stock so I waited. Now Im being told the signed vinyl is gone. No one is responding to my emails. This business is horrible and can not fulfill orders.

    This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed a preorder for five items. One item was delayed a month, then delayed a further FOUR MONTHS and I never even got an order update to let me know. When I reached out and asked to get help modifying the order (I asked to pay an additional shipping charge) so that the four items waiting to ship could come to my kids in less than seven months of waiting, I was told that "just wasn't an option."
