    A little over a week ago from today between july ***** I visited this business to wash some work and gym clothes. I washed the. Put my clothing to dry. One on medium temp and the other machine on NO HEAT AIR DRY option as I had work slacks, work shirts and **** dri fits that I dont put on beat dry as they shrink easily. Upon returning to get my clothing from dryer I noticed one of my loads had been switched from one dryer machine to another and put on HIGH to dry. I asked the emplyee who moved my clothes and he stated he did as he saw the clothing on NO HEAT DRY. I immediately told him why would he touch others clothing and move them. I left very upset with my clothing as the employee did nothing to try and fix the situation. I then followed up on Sunday after trying on clothing and seeing the damage that was done. My work shirts no longer fit and work slacks are too tight as they were tailored to my size and length for work. I left my contact info as even the morning employee didnt provide me with any contact info for manager or owner. 4-5 days go by and not a call back or anything. I came back today 7/28/23 and the employee who put my clothing in dryer cant provide me with any contsct info either. I need this taken care of and need management/owner to compensate what happened in some type of way. ***** gave permission nor asked that employee to take my clothing and change dryer option to high! This is unheard of!
