    We purchased a CT Scanner from this business. We inspected the unit at a hospital/medical center. Three weeks after the inspection and paying for the unit in full ($43,000.00), we went to the center to pick up the unit.We were advised the unit was already removed by another company. Prime Medical refused to take calls or answer emails. After much digging, we found out that Prime Medical never owned the equipment. Another company had purchased it and removed the scanner before we came on site.Prime Medical has refunded us $11,500 of the $43,000 they owe us. Exhaustive and Continuous efforts to collect the balance that was stolen from us have been ignored.

    Yeah. Hi, this is Will ******. I am giving you a cone regarding let us see complaint number ********. This is in regards to a customer of owners that purchased ************. You know, it states here that they went to the inspection, you know, paid us the money. You know, we went ahead, paid the hospital and they took almost 3 months to, you know, go in to pick the equipment up or 3 months later and the hospital had disposed of it. So that is that is where and why the the issue is is they never went ahead and picked the equipment up after we paid the facility and we went ahead and refunded them ******, which is what our profit was on it because we felt bad but, you know, the hospital had already been paid and, you know, it had been sitting there for 90 over 90 days and the hospital got rid of it. So that is my issue. You know, that is where I am coming from.
