    On November ******* I made an appointment by phone with OTMC for gutter cleaning service at my residential home. The appointment date they gave me was for December *******. I gave my credit card information so they could charge a deposit to make the appointment. On December 4th and December 9th they sent me emails confirming the appointment for December 11th. On the day of the scheduled service the owner (****) called and cancelled the appointment. He would not give me a rescheduled date to do the work and would not refund my deposit. said he wi

    Company website says they pressure wash gutters inside and out. Dec 9th job cancelled due to cold weather and companies concern pressure washing using their aluminum ladder near electrical wires on side of house.Aug 1 company returned. They charged me $600.Below is what was listed on my bill.Basic Anual Cleaning Basic Gutter Cleaning.Hand-removal and/or blown out most visible debris and blockages in gutters and downspout.I discussed the pressure washing issue from the Dec. 9th cancelled job. They did not acknowledge it even happened and pressure washing was not part of this job.Pressure washing is why I hired them.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

    My i-phone is not working so I can't provide you a date, but I did receive a voice mail from this company asking about my gutter needs for fall clean up etc.

    I did not respond to their voice mail.
